Dear friends, hope everyone is well.Thank God's boundless grace, I am doing well too . Health is a gift from Allah. For this blessing, I am thankful to Him. Today I came to the Healthy Steam Community. Where the competition is being held. Competition Subject SEC-S16 / W6 | "The Science of Aging" I will try to write to the best of my knowledge on this subject InshAllah.
👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts? |

Aging is a natural phenomenon, after birth a person begins childhood. He passes through each stage of adolescence, middle age and enters old age. Aging usually starts after 55 to 60 years. At this age, people feel very helpless and it is believed that at this age people lose many important people and things in their life and come to this stage and attack various diseases.
Instead it is more stressful. Due to excessive anger, hyper tension, hyper sensitivity, dementia, blood pressure, physical ailments and mental stress they fall ill quickly. A person aged 60 or above must be treated and consulted with a specialist doctor. Regular medication intake, adequate rest, sleep and a healthy diet are essential.

Although aging is a natural feature, no one wants to reach old age. But eternal truths must be accepted in time. No one in the present generation wants to reach old age and it is really scary for a human being, old age is a name of helplessness. Children or family people consider an old person a burden and leave him alone in an old age home. It is not given care and treatment. Therefore, fearing it makes sense.

Aging cannot be prevented, but a healthy diet can delay aging. No matter what age people are, they should eat moderate and healthy food. Avoid oily and fatty foods, avoid excess carbohydrates and avoid sugar which can cause people to age faster.Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, beetroot, and other green veggies. should be kept in the diet. Vitamin C rich fruits like lemon, orange etc. should be kept.Throughout the day, sip two to three liters of water. And this is how aging can be prevented. Although it is a natural rule, it can be treated by eating healthy foods.

Laughter is one of the most important exercises if you don't want to age prematurely because it naturally produces happy hormones from your body which are dopamine and other happy hormones that make you feel good and keep stress away from your body and automatically maintain it. May you stay away from old age.

Important for strengthening the human body as it is indicated by its name so if you want to strengthen your body even in old age then strengthening is the best exercise that does not allow your body to be. Frail and thereby even in old age you will feel that you are very active.
walking
Walking is the most important exercise in which you breathe fresh oxygen every day so it keeps all the tissues of your body alive with fresh oxygen as well as it increases your lung capacity and the overall oxygen capacity of all the tissues present in your body.

Hello @khokonmia, hope you are doing alright. Truly we have concerns for old age because we do not like losing control of our body functions.
I agree with this phrase of yours because it becomes a burden to others to do for you all that you can't do. Vegetables and fatty food (not too much) helps to prevent aging.
The best and widely known exercise is walking, one of the best in physical therapies too.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. In the recent times, we discovered that some people age faster than other.
