Hello, my good Steemit friends! I am happy to have you here reading through my post, in which I talked about "Health and our Environment" which is organized in Healthy Steem.
🌱🏞️ Tell us in your words what you understand about Global health.
To my understanding, the words "Global health" mean the practice of providing healthcare across the globe and communities across the world. I also understand that it is a better way of providing vulnerable countries and communities around the world with better health services.
They are people who study or practice global health they work to help eliminate health disparities in poor countries and communities through education, research, and collaboration with other agencies.
🌱🏞️ Which point is most important to you? Give your reasons.
The most important point to me is "Making health care accessible to everyone". The reason why this point is the most important is that we all need better healthcare around the world and not just nations with crises.
If healthcare can be accessible to everyone death rate will be reduced and even sicknesses will also be reduced. Some communities across the world have poor healthcare most especially in Nigeria.
People living in a community that has poor health care will suffer from sickness and experience a high death rate because anyone who would be sick in the community will not have the opportunity to have access to health care, but when there is healthcare the people will always stay healthcare. Just as in the case of Nigeria where politicians prefer traveling abroad for treatment than treating themselves in Nigeria.
🌱🏞️ Which point is the least important to you? Give your reasons.
The point that is least important to me is "Investing in health care workers". Health care should not be provided to workers alone but to everyone in the society. Everyone is important and if healthcare should be provided to workers today, what if they get retired or sacked from work? The healthcare system should be made accessible to everyone in the society and not just for workers.
🌱🏞️ If you can add one more point, what will it be? Why?
"Health philanthropy for the poor" is the point that I will add. In my country and across the globe those who are poor lack having access to good hospitals. I.e classic hospital which I would like to see as a means by which poor people in our societies, and communities, and be sponsored for treatment when they are not feeling fine.

Dear @jasminemary, your post clearly showed that you understood the theme and also made I the reader understand it more.
In Nigeria, the availability and accessibility to quality healthcare is low to a range of 30% so bad. If the Healthcare provision are enabled, mostly in the rural areas the rate of sicknesses and death will drastically reduce.
The point of less investments in health workers which you tag as the least to you is good. To me after considering the well fare of the people, then the health care workers should be attended to. They're at the fore front saving lifes....
Health philanthropy is good idea🤔🤗...

Coincido contigo en el punto referido a la inversión en trabajadores sanitarios, como menos importante en términos generales, repito debe ser atendido por los dueños o grandes empresarios quienes tienen en atender la salud, mayores beneficios y lo hacen con excelencia, con equipos más sofisticados que en cualquier hospital público.
Es importante tu punto añadido y estoy de acuerdo, pero eso no significa que sea el estado el regente, pero si el responsable que así suceda, que le garantice al hombre el derecho a estar saludable.
