It's very important to take care of your mental health. There are several daily habits that can help us to enhance mental health. Always focus on the positive aspects of everything. It helps to fight with challenges with strength and patience. As positivity is such an important factor in the life of every person as it brings positivity in our society. Always try to connect with friends, family or other support system. It is very better way to share your thoughts, feelings and expression with your loved ones can give you comfort and peace. It is a best activity which can enhances your mental resilience. Make time for such activities that can enhances your mental resilience and engage yourself in regular exercises, get enough sleep and different hobbies which will give you peace.

Healthy diet has Vital role to boost brain resilience. The diet like minerals, vitamins and fatty acids are the essential diet ingredients which help to regulate brain functions and maintain our mood. Hydration is very important for brain functioning, the dehydration can affect the mood and the cognitive functions. Try to drink 8 glass of water in a day. To prevent mood swings, a balanced diet can be helpful. Consuming a balanced diet support brain functions and can help you to regulate mood. Fruits, vegetables and grains are very essential.

when we regularly exercise, it releases endorphins, which are natural brain booster. Whether it will be going for a walk, dancing and yoga. Try to find a physical activity that you can enjoy and it can be a part of your routine.Try to connect yourself with nature it will give a calming effect on our mind and body. You can walk in a garden, can go for a walk in the park to enjoy fresh air. The nature gives us peace and comfort. try to engage in yourself with your loved ones. Share your thoughts, your problems and difficulties with them. The strong relationship between you and your Loved ones can provide you peace and can boost your mental health.

That's so cool, our mental health is something we should take it seriously. Just like you said, one of the way to do it is by surrounding ourselves with people who love us, it might be friends or family members. Another thing is that exercise can also help in managing our mental health, even if it's a walk for like 10min. Wishing you good luck in the contest.

Sharing your thoughts, feelings and expression with your loved ones can give you comfort and peace as well as helping enhance our mental resilience.

Talking about exercise, it's very important we do that atleast 3 times a week. Doing this regularly will work perfectly for our health.
