DENTAL CARE


Dental health basically refers to the overall health of your mouth – including our teeth, gums and tongue. Your oral health is a good indicator of your overall physical health.
If you do not maintain a good dental care routine, poor oral hygiene can increase your risk of developing diseases in other areas of your body. Therefore, dental problems are not really something to ignore.

How to take care of my teeth everyday


01. BRASH YOUR TEETH


  • I brush my teeth at least 2 times a day when I wake up in the morning and after dinner, before going to bed.It is also advisable to brush your teeth again after breakfast. It helps me prevent my bad breath.

Things to be careful about while I'm brushing teeth.

  • When choosing a toothbrush, choose a soft brush that can move smoothly to the back of the mouth.

  • Make sure the brush has a tongue cleaner. It helps you eliminate bacteria on your tongue and prevent bad breath.

  • In particular, choose a toothpaste that contains ingredients that help protect your enamel, teeth from erosion and decay, remove bacteria, and strengthen your gums.

  • Correct brushing technique can be used by using the brush at a 45º angle to the gums and moving it in a circular motion along the front of the teeth.

  • My brushing duration is at least 4 minutes.I think it is effective.

  • And don't forget to replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months.


02. MOUTHWASH


  • I use mouthwash every time I brush my teeth as the last step in cleaning my teeth, it helps me keep my breath fresh.

  • When choosing a mouthwash Be sure to buy a product that fights bacteria, repairs and strengthens gums. Make sure it does not contain alcohol or detergent.

  • I have minimized sugary foods as much as possible. Sugar is very harmful to teeth and aggravates tooth decay.If I cannot brush my teeth at the same time after eating a sugary meal, I rinse my mouth thoroughly with clean water.

  • I try to avoid acidic foods and artificial drinks and foods containing dyes. These decay the enamel and are not only harmful to the teeth but also harmful to the whole body.


03. GIVE UP BAD HABITS.


  • I don't brush too hard or with a hard brush because it can damage the enamel and gums.

  • Biting my nails, opening a bag or other drink bottle is very harmful to my teeth so I refrain from such activities.


04. MEET THE DENTIST.

  • At least twice a year I visit a dentist to get informed about my dental health.And if necessary, professional cleaning is also done.
