My Daily Healthy Dynamics 👩‍⚕️- 01-06-2024 Saturday

Greetings! Friends of Steemit and Healthy Steem.

Today morning I got up 7:00 AM. I had a cup of tea liquor without sugar. I read the newspaper. I washed my clothes. I went to garden and water the plants. I hanged clothes for drying. I cleaned the chicken. I helped my wife in cooking. I had my breakfast with flattened rice, banana and milk. I had my morning madicine. The vegetable vendor came to our door step. We took some vegetables.

Today was the general election in our state and constituency. I watched the TV news. It was almost peaceful election. There were Central forces patrolling in the booths. It is very interesting that there are two voting machines as one machine can accommodate only 16 candidates in our constituency. So for the NOTA vote another machine was provided.

I took a cold water bath as it was humid and hot day. I took some rest. I had my lunch with white rice, capsicum chicken curry and bringle neem.

I spend sometime on social media and Google map. I had some fruits and pastachio. I had a cup of tea with biscuit afterwards.

It was time for casting my vote. I dressed up took the election slip and voter 🆔. I reached the Booth. There were three rooms. The central force checked my slip and directed to room no 3. I waited for a moment. I entered the room.

One preciding officer verified my voter 🆔, the second officer asked me to sign the voting log. The third officer put the silver nitrate mark on my finger. I entered the cubicle where I cast my vote on electronic voting machine. I saw the printed ballot with the symbol of my choice and it collected in same ballot box. I returned home. Mobile phone or camera is strictly prohibited instead the election booth.

In the afternoon I went out for a stroll. I saw local boys playing football in the park. I proceed towards main road. I saw only one Bus standing in terminus. There were very few people in the road.

I returned home. I took some rest. My dinner was ready. I had my dinner with roti and chicken curry. I had my medicines at bedtime.
