What do you know about back pain?

There are only four types of back pain that we know of and three of them right now first is joint pain occurs at the facet joints. There's inflammation and has become more degenerative joint pain. This produces sharp pain that can stabbing can eventually turn into things like spinal stenosis that can cause sciatica down the legs also.

Joint pain includes the Si joint sacro iltis. This is degenerative then you have disc pain. Itself this is the disc it goes in between each vertebra and the annulus that's the strong outer ring and the jelly in the jelly donut. What occurs with disc pain is whenever the jelly starts to push outwards and when the jelly pushes all the way outwards and bursts out of the disc and hits the nerve that's when you have a disc herniation and sciatica.

I also have back pain. It happens when there is poor blood circulation due to sleep in a fixed position. After some physical excercise the pain disappears in my case. I also have pain if I take bath in cold or normal water.

What are the causes and symptoms of back pain?

There are multivarious reasons for back pain in youngsters and young adults i think they most prone populations because most of them are working in the software industry and most of them are very active and the more active you are the chances of suffering an injury to the lower back is that much common and today the fad of going to the gym is also there. So all that can cause back pain in youngsters and adults. The most common reason is prolonged sitting especially at work stations you know eight ten hours at a stretch without a break so that is a definite cause for back pain.

Second if you're physically out of shape especially if your core muscles are the abdominal muscles and your lower back muscles they are not strong if you do not adopt a proper posture. You should always sit erect with your neck and head centered so without slouching. If you do not follow that posture and if you work for hours together in that posture then definitely you can get a lower back pain.

How can we prevent and treat back pain?

Everybody likes to work out but it should be done under proper guidance especially of a physiotherapist or a physical trainer. Everybody working out means obviously everybody wants to lift weights but there are certain do's and don'ts as far as lifting weights are concerned.

Your back should be very firm stiff when you start lifting weights you should not bend down directly to pick up anything from the floor you should bend your knees and your hips and that is how you should do. There are methods of how to carry weights and how to pick up weights from the floor. So all this should be followed so these are some of the methods you can use to prevent back pain in youngsters and adults. The other thing is you know prolonged bike riding.

All that should be avoided if you do all then you can stay away from back pain in your productive age.

Back pain is a serious issue. I've experienced back pain before though it's relieved a bit. My mother can't walk and all efforts to relief it doesn't work.
