Here is a healthy diet chart for a normal adult:
Consume 40% of staple foods that contain carbohydrates such as rice, sweet potatoes and potatoes.
Consume 30% healthy vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, carrots and red cabbage.
Consume 15% protein side dishes from beef, chicken breast and fish.
Consume 15% healthy fruits such as avocado.
The four tips above must always be on the plate of adults who want to diet, and must also be accompanied by regular exercise such as walking and jogging.
