Hello friends... How are you all.. i hope you all are good and enjoying your life. I am very good by the grace of Almighty Allah.

Today when i was free i open steemit and see this amazing contest in this wonderful community "HEALTHY STEEM" . This is one the best community and i hope everyone come to learn alot of things from it.
So lets start for today post.

Health

So for me Health is something in which a person is fully good. Like emotionally physically spiritually socially. Health is everything. If we don't have good health we have nothing. With good health we can do everything. Is we want to live a good life we must have good health. Basically Health is wealth. Without health a person is useless.

What makes up good health?

There are many factors in making health good.

Do'es

eating good, maintaining good posture, drink alot of water, doing exercises eating fruits and vegetables, keeping vitamins level good, doing walk daily for 20-30 minutes. drink 6-7 glass of water daily for body hydration.

Don't

For having a good health we must have to avoid these things like alcohol intake, smoking, waking up late at night. Avoid sedentary lifestyle . These all are injurious for health. For healthy a person must don't laying all the the day. Movements of body part is good for body. We all know smoking and alcohol use affect our health they are not good for our internal organs. When our organs get damage they affect our health. So we must have to take care our self.

Health is wealth

Some one said once that health is wealth and its really true. Health is wealth. Without health we have nothing. When we don't have good health out wealth is nothing for us. As we can't enjoy our wealth if we don't have good health. Also a healthy body has healthy mind. If we want our mind healthy we must have our body healthy. When we have healthy body we don't have to waste our money on medicine.

At the end i just want to say you all that take care of your self by taking care our your health. Everyone like you when you are healthy. Sometimes people don't like unhealthy person. And if we have health we have every thing. If we don't have wealth we don't have energy to do all things.
