I am completely fine Allhamdullilah by blessing of Allah Almighty and I hope all you are absolutely fine by mercy of Allah and happy with your families. Today my post is about alcoholism that effect our society very badly. This informative contest has been organized by @hive168205 in healthy steem community.
We call any person an alcoholic because he drinks alcohol, becomes intoxicated, remains in a state of intoxication. Alcoholism has many factors on the basis of which a person becomes an alcoholic and starts drinking alcohol. Many environmental factors also have a great influence on a person's environment, which makes him attracted to bad deeds and becomes an alcoholic.
Environmental factor refers to the fact that in modern countries it is very common to drink alcohol. When a person lives in such an environment, he sees others, then he also gets attracted to that thing and then gradually becomes addicted to bad things. I think the main reason people drink alcohol is because when they are under a lot of stress, they are very worried and when they can't see a solution, they drink to relieve their anxiety.
In the state of intoxication, they forget their troubles. Or, as boys spend more time outside the home, because they get bad company, they start doing bad things at a young age and start drinking, so some boys become alcoholics.According to biology research, the main reason for drinking alcohol is high level of stress.

We often see around us that people who are very worried have a bad effect on their personality, so they drink alcohol to get rid of their worries for a while and stay in a state of intoxication. So we call such people alcoholics who started drinking alcohol because of environmental factors or for any reason.
Yes, alcohol is a type of drug that harms our health very badly. Alcohol is Psychotropic depressant of central nervous system(CNS). Psychotropic depressant of CNS mean a drug that slow the working and activity of brain. Alcohol is a drug that affects our brain as well as controls our emotions.
The alcohol is also called ethanol and ethyl alcohol and it is made by fermentation of sugar in fruits and vegetables. Wines are made from the fermentation of sugars in fruits like apple and grapes, and vodka is made from the fermentation of sugars in vegetables like potatoes.
Alcohol is very harmful drug that effect our brain firstly. Islam has declared alcohol to be haram. Salam forbids anything that causes a person to lose his senses. And with every drug, a person loses his senses. Alcohol is harmful as well as forbidden, so whenever we have any problem, we should pray to Allah and not lose our senses by drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
Yes, alcoholism is a disease. When a person starts drinking alcohol, he becomes addicted to alcohol. Drinking alcohol causes many diseases like kidney problem, lung cancer, heart problem and specially these drugs affect our brain first.
A person who drinks alcohol or does any intoxicant becomes addicted to it and cannot survive without it. When an alcoholic person gets a big disease like cancer etc. but despite knowing it, when he doesn't get alcohol or that drug, he goes crazy, he doesn't understand anything, that's why he drinks alcohol or drugs. It is a great disease.
When a person who drinks alcohol loses his senses in drunkenness, he does not worry about anything, he does not remember anything, so this is the biggest disease that a person loses his senses and so much. It turns out that if he suddenly stops drinking alcohol or taking drugs, he may die.
Everyone is afraid of death, that's why everyone cares about their health, but when alcoholics get into the habit of drinking, they don't care that their health is deteriorating. When drunkards don't get alcohol, their condition starts to deteriorate, that's why when those people don't get their intoxication, they die. So, alcoholism is considered very dangerous disease.
No, not every drinker is called a drunkard, those who drink drugs and alcohol are called drunkards. There are some people who occasionally drink alcohol to fun with friends, but such people are not called alcoholics.
In our religion, Islam alcohol and other drugs are forbidden. Even a sip of alcohol is forbidden for a Muslim. Even in our country Pakistan, this thing is not considered good because our religion does not allow us to do that, that's why there is a complete ban on drinking alcohol in Pakistan.
Apart from this, it is also very bad for our health, that is why we should not drink alcohol, not even a single sip. Some people also drink alcohol on the occasion of happiness, so we should not drink at any occasion, we should thank to Allah on the occasion of happiness and pray to Allah on the occasion of sadness, rather than turning to evil deeds and drinking alcohol.

Greetings friend, wow I'm happy to see that Alcohol is totally banned in your country, I guess your country is the one made for me, as I don't drink alcohol our of personal choice though.
However, you are very correct to say not all who drinks alcohol are alcoholics as there are those who takes it in moderate levels not to abuse it. Good luck brother...

Hello @guriya1, your post so far is unique and lovely, given that your country has placed a ban on alcohol and your beliefs do not approve it. In a way, it helps your community greatly since most habits are influenced by people's environment and neighbors. I also like how you said even a sip is bad because alcohol is harmful (a hard drug). I agree with you because everybody avoid anything that can lead to dying at a young age but alcoholics do not care if this habit of drinking excessive alcohol will lead them to their grave because they are addicted to it.

You're really given us a clear explanation on who an alcoholic is. The effect of alcohols on people affects their mental health and make them bring up all kind of behaviors without being aware..
The religion setting a ban on alcoholism is a very good thibg, many people won't even know what an alcoholic is like, thats a very wonderful decree.

Many people are alcoholics because of problems that surround them, some childhood trauma or dissatisfaction in life, also as you mention the environment and environment that surrounds it can influence a lot to become one.
Many people tend to get drunk because they think they can forget their problems (for example young people as you mentioned) but the truth is that they silently become addicted and the solution to their problems are not born.
