RE: The Digital Connection: Showcasing the Influence of Devices in Our Lives from Bambuka
Very interesting post!
First, if my phone fell into the river... I would immediately follow it in desperation 😂just to say..
And my handwriting has become horrible...
I've been working remotely since 2013 and I always need to check my phone to see emails (and not miss customer requests), but the problem is that there are no borders and I end up looking at my phone for other things too.
For some years now I have been forced to disconnect the internet after 8 in the evening.
There was a time when if I woke up at 3 or 5 in the morning, the first thing I did was look at the phone... Now it's far away and the internet is off anyway (I'd have to get out of bed to connect the modem, but that would be too much!)
I have to say that my sleep quality has improved, and my eyes aren't tired anymore!
... it depends on which river... 🤣😂 😅
A very good solution is to disconnect the modem in the evening, I think I should follow your example. I go to bed after midnight and it's internet time... :)
I don't usually watch the internet in the morning unless I'm waiting for specific messages. But after breakfast, yes ... that's how the working day begins :)
It is useful for the eyes to do exercises periodically. Even if you just go to the window and alternately focus on the window frame, then on the picture on the street... the muscles of the eye will do a good warm-up and rest.
Take care of your health :-)
