So here is what I feel and will answer them in the same way as you asked.

👩‍⚕️𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕕𝕠𝕖𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕕 "𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤" 𝕞𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕥𝕠 𝕪𝕠𝕦?

By keeping yourself happy, you can actually take care of your overall health. You should know that the hormone endorphin is made only when you are happy, and you don't have to be a doctor to know this simple fact. It's just these hormones reminding us that there is a strong link between our happiness and our health. In fact, when we are happy, our body releases hormones called endorphins. Happiness gives essential nutrition to our bodies.

Regarding the effect of happiness on our health, "It makes us hopeful and increases our mental resilience. This leads to the development of that skill, which helps us solve problems.

The habit of being happy promotes a healthy lifestyle, which can help improve our thoughts, positive well-being, and physical health.
We have all heard how a healthy diet, proper exercise, and sound sleep give us better health, but not perfect health. Because there is another form of this process too!

👩‍⚕️ 𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤 𝕞𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕪? 𝔾𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕒𝕟 𝕖𝕩𝕒𝕞𝕡𝕝𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕒𝕟 𝕚𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕪

I started writing short stories when I was in 6th grade, and hardly anyone was as happy as I was when I used to get books as a prize. Then I started reading and writing fiction, and I enjoyed reading it a lot. If you go to my profile page, you will see that I have not mentioned my professional qualifications, but described myself as a story writer. This is my real happiness.

I like to remember the gist of the story, its characters, and the plotting of the story. I like reading books, that's what makes me happy. I like humor, cracking jokes, and staying happy.

I get as much happiness when I go on a trip, the more I get excited days in advance. When I watch travel shows, I feel as if I am with them. I had made this decision during my college years that if I wanted to do something in life, it would be traveling. And I went into marketing. And I am traveling and feeling happy.

The first big happiness I got in my life was when I went on a trip to Kashmir alone for the first time. That feeling was different. At that time, I was also a little scared inside because it was the first time I was traveling on my own. But the happiness was beyond words. I can't even describe the feeling of happiness that I felt that day. I found myself thinking that now I have grown up and am wiser as well. I will never forget the day.

Have you noticed that nutritious food attracts you when you are happy? Positive thinking actually leads you to consume better fruits and vegetables. Research also states that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables helps reduce the risk of diabetes, stroke, and heart disease.

We all must have experienced that after a happy day, we get sound sleep. How does this happen? A study by the US National Library of Medicine states that being happy improves our sleep habits. It increases our concentration, productivity, and exercise level, and helps us maintain the right weight.

Happiness boosts immunity. Have you ever noticed that the happiest people you know rarely get sick? Yes! Being happy can actually help improve your immune system. Would you believe that when I am not happy or sad, I tend to catch a cold-feeling headache?

I always feel that when I am happy, my immunity stays strong, and I feel kicking and strong.

And to add to that, our emotional health helps us fight diseases. A positive attitude actually helps create a higher antibody response against all health problems and keeps us happy.

But how? Yes, this question is natural, but the answer is even simpler, happiness helps prevent disease and regulates our immune system, hormones, digestion, and stress levels.

"Individuals who feel calmer in stressful situations are less prone to illness." It's as simple as that.

I always thought that people who are happy have less pain, or perhaps, we feel more pain when we are sad! But being happy can actually help cure illnesses.

I am sure people with high positivity face difficulties with less pain. Perhaps the reason is as simple as, "It improves many disease conditions as well as minor pains."

However, staying positive and happy encourages individuals to do better in their lives.

How does this happen?

I have always felt that even with excruciating pain, positive emotions help with effective coping strategies. Because it broadens our outlook by encouraging new ideas.

Don't you think a positive attitude helps keep heart health better, and you don't have to be a doctor to reach this conclusion?

I always felt that when an elderly person gives a blessing by saying, 'Be happy' really affects our minds. It can really make our hearts full of joy, as it provides an instant happy vibe.

"Be happy," and your heart will say "Thank you" to you.

I feel like, "Did you ever wonder? How does this happen?" And I have an answer for that!

Happy people are healthy at heart. Their behaviors include increased physical activity, abstinence from smoking, and healthier eating habits. Just believe in simple words, a positive state of mind keeps you on the right track!

We should give priority to those activities that keep us happy and make us feel satisfied. This helps our overall well-being and keeps us positive.

So, remove those negative thoughts and bring some positivity into your life to lead a healthy life. Trust me, it has the power to change your life a lot in a very short time.

  • If the health is good then you will be able to focus on your every work. Every one of us has a very high need for happiness in life. Because we get upset in different ways at different times. Which is very harmful for our own health. So always keep yourself smiling and be around people as much as possible. When you were in class VI you got an award that you were really happy about and shared with us the explanation. Which really gave you a great feeling no doubt.
