Healthy fitness and body type

Introduction

Hello stemians,warm greetings to us all,I am excited as I finally present my entry for this wonderful Contest that tries to teach us about fitness and body type.

What is fitness?

To me, fitness is our human ability to carry out our daily activities without getting tired easily and also having a reserved energy for extra curricular activities in response to emergencies.

How many types of body do we have, and what is your body type?

When we talk about body types, study shows that there are many types of body type but there's only three recognized one's.

In classification,we have the ectomorph body type which happens to be a body type that looks lean and slender with less body fat.

Again we have the endomorph body type, this body type has more body fat and also gets weight easily. I.e they are the muscular body type.

Lastly we have the mesomorph body type. This body type is athletic and strong which is to say that, they are neither slender nor fat.

I am a combination of ectomorph and mesomorph because I am both slender, athletic and strong 💯

What is the appropriate time we should stop eating?

It's a good thing that we should know when to stop eating so as to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Most times we do not take into consideration when we should stop eating expecially at night. How on earth will someone wake up in the night by 9 pm preparing eba to eat,you forgot to ask"when is this food going to digest?".

So in my own opinion,I think is best we stop eating two to three hours before bedtime. This is to help the food to digest a bit so we don't cause harm to ourselves.

What type of food should we eat to maintain healthy life?

To me, balanced diet still remains number one healthy food for healthy living. A balanced diet is the type of food that contains the six classes of food.so we should eat a balanced diet always for a healthy life.

Is fitness healthy or not?

Fitness is 100% healthy to our existence in all ramifications, have you wondered why footballers live longer than expected (fitness).

State the important of fitness

Keeping fit helps in reducing the risk of getting sick.
Keeping fit helps in our respiratory system.

Keeping fit improves our brain health

And lastly, keeping fit improves our ability to carry out our daily activities, let's continue keeping fit.....

El ejercicio nos da muchos beneficios, entre ellos el quemar las calorías que consumimos durante el día. Realmente es indispensable tener una dieta como dices, ya que una dieta balanceada nutrirá nuestro cuerpo de forma adecuada para seguir teniendo energía durante el día,
