Hello everyone I hope you are all ok and enjoying a good life by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am here to participate in the amazing contest which is organised by @khursheedanwar. The name of this contest is Headache so let's start;
What causes you headache primarily in your life? |
---|
Stress and lack of sleep are the primary causes of headache in my life. Balance of the work personal responsibilities and to maintain a healthy lifestyle sometimes become over whelming and cause the stress.
When you get the multiple projects and tight deadlines this can lead to highest stress environment.On the other hand personal responsibilities such as taking care of your family members or dealing with personal issues also add to the stress.
Another main factor is lack of sleep that cause me headache.When I do not get the enough sleep and my body didn't find time to recover and repair it can cause me headache.Inadequate sleep is caused by many factors such as staying up late to complete work before deadlines using more electronic devices such as mobile etc.
Diet is another factor that can cause headache when we skip our meals or eat food that is high in caffeine or sugar also cause headache. Also the strong smells loud noises and changes in weather can cause headache.
What do you do personally to get relief from headache? |
---|
There are various strategies that I can do whenever I get headache.
Taking the short nap or simply lying in the room can help to recover the pain. This gives chance to body to recover and reduce the intensity of headache.
I drink plenty of water to reduce the stress because sometimes dehydration is also the reason. It is my habit to carry a water bottle with me and take sips when ever needed to stay hydrated.
Taking some pills or pain reliever's like ibrofen helps to reduce the Stress.
Drinking small amount of caffeine like a cup of tea or coffee can sometimes helps but I avoid over consumption. A tea mostly help me to reduce the headache.
By using the simple strategies I can effectively manage and reduce the impact of headache on my daily life.
Thank you
