Hello @john247 I have read this post and came to the conclusion that you wrote awesomely, you also made emphasis on having a good sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours which is right,as humans we deserve the maximum amount of sleep we can get to remain active and relax our internal organs. And also praying to God almighty for guidance and protection is also a good step to maintain calmness. Okra soup and vegetables and porridge yam are good delicacies that can help improve our health status and help the organs to maintain proper body temperature.
