Steemit Engagement Challenge / S13W1 - "Health and our Environment"

Greetings Everyone! I am Asad Fazal from Pakistan. I hope everyone here is doing well and enjoying their life with family and friends. Today I'm here to take part in the SEC Season13 Week1 challenge. The topic of the challenge decided by the community team is "Health and our Environment". So let's start.

Global means world including all countries and areas of this earth where human beings and other beings are present. And health means state of being free from any kind of disease. Global Health means the health of overall world. The global health is observed by an international institute that is called "World Health Organization" or "WHO".

Whenever there is health issue in different areas, WHO share the cause of that disease and share what people have to do to protect themselves and their family. Moreover they spread health coverage to the world people. We celebrate World Health Day on April 7 each year and on this day we do healthy activities and share knowledge on how to be healthy and happy.

What I understand by Global Health is that to protect the health of all human beings no matter where they are and how to be safe. If we keep the world healthy, less diseases will occur and human beings and animals will stay safe from such diseases.

In my view, the most important point among all points is to provide healthy food to all human beings in the world and stop the harmful food including the fastfood that is fried in the dangerous oil.

Providing good food to all human beings will complete their nutrients and vitamins in the body. It will give us healthy and our immune system will beat most of the diseases easily. In case if disease caught you, you still will be recovered quickly as your body is strong to combat with that disease.

I don't thing so there is any point that is least important in global health. The reason is if we consider some point as least important, it may affect many people in the world at worse level. Each body is different and different people get caught with different diseases.

If we stop one thing or focus less on it, it may let few group of people fall ill and we can't risk for it. We must not take any person on this earth as useless and must protect every person. So in my view there is no least important point in global health or simply the health.

We all know WHO is working hard to provide good health advices and things to the people of the world. But there are many countries where standards of WHO are neglected by the people and also by the government. I have seen in my country, people are not following much WHO health standards and government is also not taking it seriously.

So I want to add this point that WHO must regularly check each country by sending their representatives secretly so that they can report back what is going on in specific country. Is government implementing the standards or not and people are following them if government is forcing them or not.

In this way, we can make this world a better place if we do better for all countries and human beings. Also we must take care of animals also because they are part of our ecosystem.
