The Diary Game || 29-05-24 || Staying Fit With Steemians, Signing Up New Users and Shopping in the Open Market
Dear Diary,
It was a hectic day. I think I created no content or even engaged because of some factors governing which has to do with network issues and stress. I literally couldn't feel my head again. I did serious workout and purchase which consumed my time but what I'm grateful is that it was balanced. It was just steemit that felt left out from the schedule. This is the narrative. A busy day I would say.

I started my day by waking up as early as morning could have it and then put on my kits and got ready to be at the fitness center in time. The programs I saw there really got me and it's been a week since I visited this fitness center to do some workouts and stretching exercises. Was so happy to see majority in the center. The first thing I did was to jog round a big field before taking up the first program.
There were 5 programmes of which I'll specify them and the ones I was able to do and complete successfully.

This programme was fine by placing both hands on a fitness board and then stretch as if you want to do some push-ups. After attaining this stance, you'll then jump in the middle, jump to the right and jump to your left while your hands supports your weight..
It was to be done 40 times, four rounds in a stretch. How glad I was that It won't be that painful as last program where I got changes in my abdomen. I didn't know it would be even worse as the weight gain would be pulled forward to your hands and and your thighs would be feeling the pain downwards..
I did this the first round and rested as I felt intense paid and couldn't move an arm. It's not as if it were hard to do but the later effect is what I couldn't endure any longer. I then moved to the next programme which has to do with packing covers used in football as training object for those in football.

This was done by sitting on a mat with your two knees raised, your feets down and your legs in general brought closer to your butt. This is an abs exercise. It's meant to build your abs as a man and that was what I did yesterday. It was done by stretching your back backwards and then pulling your legs closer.
After attaining this, you would be expected to pick up the cards from one of your sides and place it the other way round. I completed this programme though it was tough at first, trying to endure the pain on your abdomen.

This was done by doing almost the same thing as the second programme but you won't be picking cover. You'll be lifting a dumbbell up and down for 40 times, 4 rounds. **At first I thought it would be difficult as I barely like lifts with dumbbells, then i came to realise it was tje easiest of all. Just a little endurance can go a long way into helping you.

Stretch bot |

I forgot to ask my coach what the new bot is called but I used it for the first time. I thought it was as easy as just driving not knowing there were more added to it. You'll have to place your knees on a small piece of mat and then use the bot roller to stretch yourself out till your abdomen touch the ground. When it does, you'll have to pull it back which was the hardest.
I didn't reach the ground so it would be easy for me. I did what my strength could carry at the moment and that was how I did just 10 in one round till it was time for the stretching exercise and then we leave.
I took lots of photographs of those trainees who were a part before we then ventured into discussing how to improve on steemit. Almost all of us there are Steemians now.vtje power of meeting together brought about this. @happyluv was able to sign up with the help of my steemit mentor @ngoenyi. Then we parted ways while I took to visiting my dad's shop before entering the market to purchase things for dinner.
My dad has a swollen left hand which he's currently undergoing treatment on to reduce the size. It happened in his right hand which held him from doing his major work. I just pray he recovers soonest so he can resume work. I took pictures before actually entering the market for a small shopping. I was to prepare soup and I did it in a small way by spending just #3k which is over steems.
The market was less noisy as I had expected. I then took to teaching newbies on steemit how to remain active in order to get verified on the platform as there are lots of inactive accounts.

This was how my day went till morning. I was just so stressed out and weak to do any further thing. My acceptance of the role of a curator still stand in place. I've never been one before but would love to shoulder this responsibility to the fullest of my abilities.
