I seriously respect your own view on walking barefoot. You're not the only one as many parents ensure their children don't go out without shoes especially parents who live in tiles houses. Wearing of shoes actually serve as a protection to our feet and keeps it unhurt from physical factors and environmental factors like the parasite and diseases you mentioned earlier. To me I like walking barefoot without the need of wearing shoes because it makes me comfortable and confident during emergencies. Looking forward to reading more of your posts.
