RE: Steemit Engagement Challenge / S13W2 - "Protect your Mental Health from Social media Dangers"

in Healthy Steem9 months ago (edited)

This seems to be one of the best posts I've read today. This posts just resonates in the lives of most students who spend all their time surfing the net and giving less priority to other activities. Do you know someone can be on social media without even thinking of food? This addiction too leads to loss of appetite as we'll be more focused on what our phones can offer especially Those who are working to earn on these social medias.

The negative effects of social media from your own point of view is quite teue. La k of sleep especially at night. Me personally consider surfing the net at night and sleeping during the day which is quite unhealthy sha.

It's also good you pointed out the mental effect of using social media to view bad contents. This makes many parents ban their children from using phones or consider social medias to be bad. Social media isn't bad as many improve their writing and talking skills through social media. It's just for us to be disciplined in what content we view.

Thanks for sharing. Wishing you best of luck in this challenge. But I'll love to ask a question......How do you spend 5 hours reviewing posts on steemit?

As an office worker, it is impossible for me to curate during peak hours, although sometimes I do it during my breaks. I spent the night before time Sleep comes. Maybe that's my assumption to answer your question. The body needs rest to be fresher when carrying out activities in the morning. Thank you for your support give
