No, I don’t agree that self-care is selfish. I think if we can’t take care of ourselves then how will we take care of others? As they say, you can’t pour from an empty glass. So, I think self-care is important if you want to care for others. this statement above say it all, we can't pour from an empty jar. You can't even give what you don't have. Self care is not selfish and anyone who think so have not been loving or caring for his oe herself.
