"The Diary Game and Your Health | Health is life"

Greetings to my fellow steemian in this noble community. I welcome you all to my blog. It's pleased me today to present my entry on this weekly contest hosted by the community. Without wasting much time, I will begin to share my diary game and health with you.

Living an healthy life is important as going to farm with your working tools. These healthy life living comprises with what you eat, drink, what you do to keep the body fit, like exercise, check-up, rest etc. As all this plays a role in the body.

• Your diet

The diet we eat plays an important part in the body. Through diet, we get the necessary benefits that the body require to build, grow and promote healthy living. In my diet, I try as much as possible to make sure aleast 3-4 classes of food nutrients are present. This is because the nutritional benefits will be good in my body. It will give me strength, give me enough energy to carry out my work successful and above all, it will promote growth and help me to stay healthy.

• The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

Currently, am taking medicine that contain vitamin, folic acid and iron. Why am I taking this medicine is because, in case the meal that I take does not contain iron or vitamin, then the drugs will balance it or supplement it for me in order not to lack this nutrients in my body system.

• The water you drank

Water is a another thing that is so beneficial to health. As it improves so many things in the human body making you feel better. The water, I take most is sachet water. Both in the house and when am staying outside, I do take this water.

Well I don't know how hygienic the water is. If they company has treated the water as the claim but all what I thank God is, anytime I drink this water, I feel fine.

• The exercise you did

Honestly, exercise is good but am not exercise type due to my work, I don't do it every day rather I only exercise once a while. Most times, I do walk out every evening to strengthen my legs and keep fit as well. Also sometime, I make sure I play music and dance till I sweat before taking my bath. Although is part of the exercise as it will make blood to circulate well and help in free flow, but doing it frequently is much better.

• What you did to relax

Relaxing the body calm down the whole body system, making you regain strength easily. I take some minutes to relax every day during my break period. Knowing well that when I rest, it will also play a vital role in my health, so I don't stay a day without relaxing my nerves.

• The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

Feeling tire is necessary. I do felt tiredness any day i over work myself and when this happens, I will be weak and feel lazy. So what I normally do to regain myself is after going back, I take a warm water bath, eat and relax.

In conclusion health is life. Without been in good health you will not feel comfortable because it will deprive you from doing may things. Try your very best to eat well and stay healthy.
