Contest Alert ⚠️ "Bone Health"
Hello my dear friends. I am one of your friends. My name is Kartik Agarwal. I live in India. I am participating in this contest of Healthy Steem. This contest is organised by @suboohi . So I am going to start my blog. So let's begin without wasting time;
To keep bones healthy and strong, it is necessary to include nutritious elements in our diet. Especially, we should include those things in our diet which have high amount of calcium and phosphorus, such as dairy products, milk, curd, whey etc.
And the consumption of almonds, broccoli, banana, soybean etc. also makes our bones very strong and healthy. To strengthen bones, we should also do regular exercise, this will make our bones stronger.
Bones are not strengthened only by nutritious food, for that, exercise is also very important. Because bones, along with muscles and joints, cause loss to our body, due to which our body keeps working. Therefore, it is very important for bones to be strong and healthy.
To keep bones strong, we should consume more calcium if possible. We should consume more of those foods which have high amount of calcium. For this, if possible, we should regularly consume almonds, broccoli, milk, curd, whey, bananas, dates etc. in plenty.
By consuming them in sufficient quantity, our bones will become very strong and the bones will remain healthy. And those who consume non-vegetarian food should also consume fish, eggs, meat etc. By consuming them in sufficient quantity, the amount of calcium in the body will be equal and our bones will become very strong because if our body keeps getting nutritious food in sufficient quantity, then our body will automatically produce calcium and this calcium will provide strength to our bones.
Apart from being physically fit, to strengthen bones, we should consume those things which have high amount of protein along with calcium. If possible, we should consume soybean in large quantities because soybean contains high amount of protein along with calcium, which makes our bones strong like iron.
And if possible, we should also consume green leafy vegetables in large quantities such as spinach, mustard etc. Apart from this, if we continue to consume milk, curd, whey etc. regularly in this routine, then our bones will remain as strong as iron.
