I trust this message gets to you in good health and wish you were having lots of fun. Today it is my pleasure to participate in this great competition titled ”Healthy Lifestyle” initiated by @suboohi. It is desirable to have a well balanced and productive and healthy lifestyle to have a happy life. It means not only the physical training state, but also the psychological conditions of the person, appropriate diet, and good tendencies of choice are necessary for happiness.
In my view the word health refers to the state that promotes the development of a healthy habit of mind, body, soul, and spirit. It is not the same as the absence of disease; that is the active living of a vigorous physical body, a healthy mind, a wealthy soul. The essentials of a healthy life are a balanced diet, physical activity, sleep and a good attitude. It is also about how that stress is dealt with, how water is intake and a number of things that are not good for the body. Most importantly it entails setting time for personal care, spiritual and relation bonding and also time to have fun with life. A healthy way of life enable us to have improved energy and productivity and also improve the quality of our existence.
Here one can adopt some of the basic and healthy practices that would be beneficial to health in a long run. Not only so, these habits help improve physical well-being, but also benefits the cognitive and emotional well-being.
Some basic healthy lifestyle practices include:
🔹Eating Nutritious Meals: Consequently, having meal with fruits, vegetables, whole grain and lean proteins in their daily nominations offers the body these nutrients that are required.
🔹Staying Hydrated: Proper hydration means taking lots of water during the day, in order to maintain the best condition of physical and mental efficiency.
🔹Regular Physical Activity: Swallowing, jogging, or even doing yoga exercise boosts the body and also brings joy.
🔹Prioritizing Sleep: Sticking to a particular sleep cycle helps the body to be tired when it is supposed to sleep and awake when it supposed to.
🔹Managing Stress: Mind, deep or meditation helps in maintaining one’s emotions or feeling in check.
🔹Avoiding Harmful Habits: Avoiding smoking, alcohol, and junk foods do not cause long term hazardous health complications.
With these healthy behaviors being incorporated in ones lifestyle we are able to enjoy a healthy and fruitful life.
Numerous diseases, primary and chronic, can be controlled or cured just by adjusting one’s habits on a daily basis. Here are a few examples:
🔹Obesity: Balancing ones diet and exercising can assist to reduce extra weight, and give a normal BMI.
🔹Type 2 Diabetes: There is evidence that people can transform their diet and lose weight, stop consuming foods that contain sugar, start exercising and maintaining a healthy body weight to improve blood glucose control.
🔹High Blood Pressure: Preventing and controlling high blood pressure includes the use of medications together with some lifestyle changes such as Cutting down on salt use engaging in modest exercise and checking ones stress.
🔹Chronic Fatigue: Making sure one gets enough sleep, take enough water and ensure one takes balanced diet can help fight off always feeling so weary.
🔹Digestive Issues: A change of diet by taking fiber diets, taking lots of water and avoiding foods that take long to digest may help reduce diseases such as constipation or acid reflux.
🔹Stress and Anxiety: Wellness means living in a healthy way through exercise, meditation, being in nature, amongst other ways.
When these changes are made, it becomes possible to fight these health issues without relying so much on drugs. The quality of life can be improved with a healthy lifestyles.
