Many people scared to use butter . Because they don't want to become fat. And those people who are smart like me they don't like it. And I want to tell you all type of people that if we use butter in limited quantity then It will effect our health for smart people and it will not increase weight for fat people
Many times we have heard that fat like butter makes you fat. But it is wrong Instead, we should use butter. Our diet consists of both fat and protein. And both provide energy in own place. Stopping something completely or reducing its intake can lead to many ailments. So for this purpose I want to tell you the benefits
Butter has many nutrients. It has vitamins like A, B, D and K. Along with this, the butter goes on a special thing. Which neither makes a person fat nor causes any disease. And it not increase the cholesterol. Instead I heard those who searched on butter that they continuously eat butter for some time. And they decrease their weight instead of increase. It boosts immunity against cancer. It also relieves intestinal inflammation. But if a person consumes unlimited amount of butter, then weight will be increased. But if he use limited amount of butter then his wight will never increase. In fact he will safe from many diseases.
Some people should not use butter . These are the people who are heart patient. they must avoid to use butter . And if a person's cholesterol increase or his weight increases then he can not use butter. And beside this those people who have no disease and they are healthy they should use butter . They have no issue to use butter. They can use butter one to two spoon daily

It's nice to read the benefits of butter from your publication. I too use butter alot but in small quantity, since it's said to be fatty. I use mine to dry eggs, noodles, add to my stew and jellof rice. And also use it for bread but hardly. Being that fat is amongst the classes of food , I think butter is good
