Before proceed with my answer, I simple define what alcoholic is all about. An alcoholic is someone who cannot stop drinking large amounts of alcohol, even when this is making them ill. (Yes) There are some many ways one can control the limit of he or she consumesion of alcohol and some of this ways are as follows: 1Learn how to say, “No.” 2 Ensure drinking water to avoid testing 2Avoid loneliness. 3 Make a plan 4 Remove alcohol from your house. 5 Measure your drinks and some many of them, with this you can control it to a stage you can stop it completely.
