I bet most of might’ve been confused on what cinema really looked like in the old age, compared to what we have today.

And I'd like to dwell on that today. Shall we?

Technically speaking, the old age has to do with the traditional ways of operating in a system. In the case of the cinema, the old age cinema simply refers to how movies were seen some years back.

At this time, people would travel from far and near to a place, probably in a large and dark room with many seats for the occupants. Once everyone is seated, the lights will be out so everyone can see the screen with ease.

People would normally go in there with their friends and loved ones to relax or entertain themselves. This was very popular when there were no digital devices in everyone’s hands.

If there was a latest movie in town, people would go to the cinema to see that movie.
It was also a place to have a nice time with one’s family. It brought about unity and socialisation among people.

There's development and nore aesthetics in how contents are viewed. Modernization and a tremendous improvement in content creatio, as well.

To some extent, it has. The modern day cinema has evolved rapidly that we are consuming everything that is being thrown at us as content.

The world of entertainment has developed, and cinema is one of the ways that this has come to play. New movies especially, are so blunt and emotional that if care is not taken, could be threatening. For instance, it is nearly not advisable for parents to hang out with their kids to a cinema, unless they are sure of what movie would be seen there.

This may not even be considered, as those running the business would want to make their money with what most people would opt for.

The new age cinema, however, is even worse. Anyone could watch anything they want to. Even with this, I think there should be some sort of regulatory body to oversee what is being put out there for public consumption.

It is not. As mentioned earlier, it can only be if the parents are sure of what movie they would be seeing with their kids.

But if they do not, then I don’t think it safe for the children. Moreover, there’s a big decline in today’s cinema because of the modern setting in the world. People would rather Netflix and chill at home, than go to a cinema, and even pay to see a movie.

This is by making sure that the audience are entertained satisfactorily and profitably with the contents put out.

Parents should rather plan for amore careful ways of seeing a movie with their kids, than going to the cinema, if they’re yet to confirm what to see in that cinema.

The modern cinema is still okay, but the pattern of the old age cinema shouldn’t be completely scrapped off. The new age cinema is way better but would be very much better if there’s a balance in the content consumed.
