It is a pleasure for me to participate in this FIRST week of Season 16 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge with this Women's Day theme. We are just a few days away from celebrating the empowerment of women in society, not only as housewives but also as a workforce, the truth is that women can do several things at the same time.

Since the beginning of time, women have been expected to perform multiple functions in the home, such as being teachers, cooks, nurses, transporters, with the only remuneration being the love and respect of their families. In many cases, women are not considered or valued by their families and assume that it is their responsibility, but this has changed in recent times thanks to the empowerment and struggle of women to be taken into account, especially in the workplace, although there is still discrimination in this regard.

I recently read in the news that in a hospital in my country they opened a space for women's care, I think it is an excellent investment that should work in all hospitals in the country because women sometimes neglect our health because we give priority to family and home, this causes cancer as many diseases caused by the stress of everyday life, coupled with the fact that many are exercising both roles being single mothers.

Women become an important key workforce for the economic and social development of a country. Another way in which the government can invest in women is in quality education without age restriction, and in micro-credit programs for women entrepreneurs who cannot enter the formal labor force and some are the only source of income in the household.

I would also like the government to invest in counseling to avoid the high rate of early pregnancies. We are more and more women who are part of the economic growth, in my country due to the existing overwhelming economic crisis, women with their entrepreneurship help or support their families,
