Okay my steemian friends, In this life everyone has their own or different roles, both men and women, well but my friends, roles are only considered as responsibilities which make it an obligation. Many women's rights are limited. for example, when it comes to work, women are limited in terms of work because they are only at home taking care of their children and family.

So, as the current era develops, the role of women is increasing so that it is almost equal to that of men. Currently or in the current era of development, women can often take part in roles in the family by working. So, there is a lot of changing of roles nowadays because there are many factors that cause women to work. Maybe initially it was caused by compulsion due to many factors such as the economy in a poor family.

I myself also take on the role, because my economic factors are very difficult, so I don't complain about burdening my mother or the rest of my family. I work because I want to be the rib in my family. One day when I get married, I must be able to have A brave soul, whatever the economy, I have to be able to find my own income by working without depending on my husband. Likewise, when I work hard, so that I can make things easier for my family's economy.

With conditions like today, I also think that the burden of women working at home is not heavy so the idea arose to increase their income in order to meet the needs of their family and themselves, but that... but men should be the ones who earn a living and work, but there are many factors. What makes people like me choose to work is partly because of economic factors in order to fulfill what I said earlier, namely their needs and also for themselves.

I am one of them who takes the role of mother and father, where when my mother works and my father also works, so my father and mother both work to earn additional income for their beloved family to meet their daily needs, I don't let my body and soul complain or lazing around, I follow the principles of my family who are very brave in working hard and also I have to be able to follow in my family's footsteps, when I get married later if my husband divorces me then I won't worry anymore about economic factors because I already know The way to work hard is the result of your own sweat. That's just for example, so I as a woman must be able to replace, for example, being the backbone of my family in the future.

Especially in this day and age, many women have many roles such as working, even studying and being housewives. Because at this time many companies need female workers and women's careers advance more quickly. Apart from that, many are also in education such as college because it requires large costs for their own economic factors, so they don't want to burden their families. I really salute housewives who do whatever they do as long as they meet the needs of their family members. I really salute them, especially if their work is only in the rice fields. I really salute their hard spirit to be responsible like a man.
