Learned something new.

I think we have a mixer for almost everything now. There should be a mixer that grinds beans. I saw one mixer that grinds yam until it becomes fluffy like pounded yam in less than 5 minutes. And it tasted so great. Before now, I knew pounded yam to be prepared with mortars and pestles. It is mostly a guy's job as it involves a lot of physical strength.

Seeing it that day made me realise that there are so many tools we haven't seen yet. That bean mixer is just out there.
