The letter is a necessary thing that is not very useful for people of the present age. Still, for the people of the previous era, the letter was essential and helpful because this letter stands for the people of the past who could share their thoughts and all the necessary conversations, and in the previous era, there was no such thing as now. There were no mobile phones or e-mails by which people could pass a newspaper to each other, so their only recourse was this letter, and this letter filled their attitudes.
A lot has been written about this letter in many Bengali poems and rhymes about the letter of Bangladesh, which are in children's books, and still those rhymes are memorized by children in their childhood. Also, many movies have been made about this letter in Bangladesh, and those movies went viral once.
Many poets and writers have written various types of poems and literary works, which were very poetic-based and thought-provoking stories and also in multiple novels; this letter was a unique central theme because it is said that a letter is an essential thing, and nowadays, to fulfill the thing called love, people use the telephone or any kind of mobile. Still, in an earlier era, through this letter, different types of love letters were exchanged from here to there, and through this, their love was made by different kinds of people.
I have heard from my mother and grandmothers that in various stories of letter exchange in their era, people in earlier eras wrote the letter first, filled it out, and brought it to the post office. After completing various tasks at the post office, each letter went home. Was for and appointed for some postmen, and all those postmen would take these letters and deliver them to different places according to the address. And people of earlier eras used to sit and wait for the letter when it arrived at their house, and they could inquire about their relatives. The letter was a limit to the joy of many people. No, and they were pleased when their relatives sent them some special news by letterAnd because of that happiness, the house would be full of joy; besides, the news of various kinds of dangers was also disclosed through this letter, which the relatives used to convey all their news to their relatives. It is said that letters are no longer in circulation now. Instead of letters, different types of mail, e-mails, and also through mobile phones, people can exchange necessary news with their relatives and friends at any time, 24 hours a day and night, and for this they do not have to wait. People cannot wait for news to reach them, but they can contact their relatives.

Hi @tammanna, I was entertained reading your post on the letter and its benefits for people who previously had a lot of use for it, however, there are urban areas that still use letters to communicate, as they do not have this technological advancement.
Certainly as you express, in the past it was very much used by lovers, as well as to receive important news of dangerous situations.

I really enjoyed this read. To think that people underrate the power of letter writing is just something else. In as much as it is an old fashioned way of sending and receiving messages, it is one of the most natural and beautiful way anyone who wanted to express themselves and their emotions could do so.
Excellent presentation! I like to think that back in those days the ary of letter writing and sending news to people through letters was more enjoyable, fun. Especially love letters. It is unfortunate that the era of letter writing is no longer invoke
Letters are still used today, in my youth I wrote many letters because it was the only thing we had to communicate with each other. TODAY I no longer use letters.
