List of Bengali traditional dishes that will always remain.

We have many types of traditional food in Bangladesh, which we say again and call Gram Bangla Khabar. Some of them are the Goja, Muri Murki, Saj made in Bengal, and many other things. We used to see them almost always before, but now they are not seen except at various festival fairs.
They capture the tradition of our village, Bengal, but we should appreciate them not only for traditional food but also for more fun and nutritious food to eat. They are mainly fried in different shapes, but before frying in oil, the dough is coated with various ingredients, kept for a while, and then soaked.
But here, the fried things are not given in hot sugar water; the water should be pretty cold but not so hard that it freezes again, so the fried things are given in hot water and kept outside. After writing them, it is seen that a coating is attached to them, which is very tasty to eat, and these foods are mainly used as dry food. These foods are written in lidded boxes so that the food does not get wet or the food gets soft.
Sometimes, the food can be taken as an afternoon snack. It remains on the list of favorite foods of all families, from minor to big. Looking at the foods, it is clear that they are essential foods that everyone loves. These foods are currently on the verge of extinction, only occasionally seen in various fairs. These foods are not much appreciated. We should keep these foods as they are much healthier than the fast foods of the present age and are also cheaper, so we can include these foods in our daily food list.
After all, these dishes are delicious and prepared in various ways, but these dishes are not only made with sugar but also have gur uses. If we don't see these foods all the time, we can see these foods even after visiting the fair. I couldn't control my greed, so I bought some food and took some goji.
