How are you all friends ? Peace be upon you guys. I am sure that all the steemit family will be well by the blessings of Allah Almighty. Today , I have a headache. That's why I am uncomfortable. Anyways I am here to present my cooking skills in this community and the contest is organized by respected ma'am @ngoenyi . I am thankful to her for giving chance to share our skills. The title of the contest is : Let's do it...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling and more.

Name of dish : "Chicken Biryani"
Let's start the post and come to know how I made chicken biryani.
Ingredients Required :
- Rice one kg
- Chicken half kg
- Onion one big size
- Chopped tomato and green chilli
- Garlic paste one table spoon
- Red chilli flakes three tea spoons
- Salt two table spoons
- Cumin one table spoon
Step 1 :
- Put the pan on stove add four to five table spoon ghee into it. Left it for heat. When it is heated add onions into it mix it. Fry it well. Then after frying add garlic paste into it. Fry it. Fry it untill its color become brown.
Step 2 :
- When its color become brown add little water into it. Then add all the mentioned spices into it. Mix it well and left it for cook about three to four minutes. Cook until it becomes a paste.
Step 3 :
- When it becomes a paste add chicken into it.
After that fry it well about five minutes on low flame. After five minutes it is fried well and gave a good smell.
Step 4 :
- Then add three glass of water into it. I measured the rice in the glass that's why I add three glass of water into it.
Cover it with a lid and left it for heat. In that time wash the rices very well. Wash the rice for three to four times. When the water is heat up and start to boil add washed rice into it and left it for cook. After three to four minutes check the salt in rice if it is not equal to your taste then add more salt otherwise there is no need of more salt into it.
Step 5 :
- Left it for cook on medium flame. Slowly slowly the water become dry.
When the water become dry Cover the lid with a piece of cloth or kitchen napkin. Then left it for cook on low flame for ten minutes. After required time the rice is ready to eat. Put the rice in plate and served it to your loved ones.
