Easy way to cook Spaghetti like a Pro

Today I would like to show you how to cook your spaghetti like a pro.
Spaghetti is one of the common meals we eat, some say it's the better version of noodles and the lower version of rice. Do you believe?
Some countries call it pasta and some person's chose to call it spag, which ever category you fall into, you are correct.
Ingredients for my cooking |

To Cook your spaghetti like a pro you don't need so much ingredients. All you need are just basic ingredients, isn't that surprising?

- Spaghetti
- Vegetable oil
- Tomato paste
- Grounded crayfish
- Onion
- Knorr seasoning cube
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Smoked cow meat. You can decide to use fish or any beef.
Steps to cooking your spaghetti like a Pro |

Put your pot on fire with some water in it and boil for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add your spaghetti into the water and allow to per boil along in the water for another 12 minutes.

How long you leave the spaghetti to per boil depends on the texture of the spaghetti and the heat of fire used. My spaghetti easily gets soft and am using an electric Coker. So I only leave it to perboil for 12 minutes.
I sliced my onion, wash my dried smoked cow meat and get other things ready to make the stew.

I love to use my non sticky fan to fry my tomatoes. So I put my fan on fire, wait for it to heat up a little for 30 seconds. I added my vegetable oil into the pan then add my onions, and stir. next I added the tomato paste along with it and stir together.

I allow my tomatoes paste to fry for 3 minutes then I add my smoked meat into the pan, add my grounded pepper, and seasoning cube and stir before I added a little water to it.

It's time for my crayfish to go in so I added it into the boiling meat. I noticed the tomatoes gets even thicker, I needed to add little water to it again and then I added salt. Allow everything to boil for atleast 10 minutes.

I bring down the pan from the fan from the fire and pour in the stew into the per boiled spaghetti and mix it together until it is properly mixed up. I do this on a very low heat.

You dont need to cook the spaghetti again after you are done mixing the stew with the spaghetti. All you need to do at this point is to bring down your put from the fire and enjoy your spaghetti at this point.

I am a pasta fan, and we eat spaghetti at least once a week.
I wish I could get some of the crayfish here in South Africa. Crayfish are very expensive, plus I have never seen dried crayfish in real life.

Yes it only a fan that would eat spaghetti atleast once a week. You have not seen dried crayfish while We have alot of dried crayfish over here and we have fresh ones too but the dries once are more rampant. Take a look at this
The crayfish comes dried then we ground it to powder and use it in our meals.
