"Women in the Spotlight ✨" has always been an amazing and a wonderful contest and I love to share my participation in it.

"Women are the biggest enemies of women." To what extent do you agree with this statement?

I agree with this statement, "Women are the biggest enemies of women" to some extent.

Alot of women make it a habit to talk about their fellow women behind their back. You hardly see women who walk or do things together without the other person gossiping or talking behind their backs, and this often do not end well. It usually make them become the enemies of each other.

And also women tend to mock each other alot, a woman who feels or think she is doing better than her fellow women will always use the slightest opportunity she has to make the other women feel less of their selves. And as a result of that, they will become enemies.

For what reasons do women get jealous of each other?

There are a lot of reasons why women get jealous of each other. Some of these reasons includes:

Women get jealous of each other when the feel threatened by the physical appearance of their fellow women.

Achievement and success: When a woman has achieved so much academically, financially and otherwise than other women, other women who are not doing well tend to feel envious of those who have achieved a lot resulting to jealousy amongst them.

Women usually feel threatened by other women marriages, love life and romantic relationships of their fellow women who are doing better than theirs and this usually brings jealous among them.

Feelings of insecurities, not being certain about oneself usually triggers jealousy among women, because they will become so envious of those who have self confidence and high esteem.

I know a story of two young ladies who were best of friends but later turned out to be enemies because jealousy came into the friendship and ruined it for them both.

One of the lady was so lucky in her romantic relationship, she has a perfect man who loves her so much, treat her well and constantly showers her with words of affirmation and gifts as well. Whereas, the other lady in the other hand was not lucky in her romantic relationship, she had a boyfriend who doesn't treats her well and beat her in any slightest opportunity He got.

So the lady who was unlucky with her romantic relationship, became so envious of her friend. To the extent that she was jealous of her friend that she eventually developed serious hatred for her friend because her friends boyfriend was treating her better than the way her boyfriend was treating her.

And this seriously affected their friendship that they had to part ways!!...

Sometimes women get jealous and harm themselves. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

I agree with the statement to some extent,,,

Because personally,, I know of and have actually heard of a lot of stories whereby women get jealous of each other and harmed themselves.

There is this particular story, about a woman who poisoned her friend to death, simply because her friends marriage was doing better and her friends children were all doing well than hers. So she got so jealous of her friend, that she poisoned her one time when they went out for hangout as friends. All this happened as a result of jealousy.

Jealousy is a very terrible and deadly disease that can harm and even kills in some cases. So therefore, I encourage and advice all the women out there to stay far from jealousy...

I understand that jealousy is part of human but then,,,, when the jealousy is excessive or extreme it becomes deadly and dangerous.

To all the women out there, including myself,,, let's SAY NO TO EXTREME JEALOUSY!!!
