Hello friend, I have read your participation and I noticed that you are not so dramatic in nature. You prefer your drama in a reserved way and its cool.
Not telling anyone about your sickness could be nice but not at some point. I feel you just prefer it that way but when it is worse, you need to get someone involved.

Men are more dramatic than men and I have experienced it a couple of times so I agree with you ma'am.
