Hello, my steemit friends, how are you? Good. I am fine, alhamdulillah. Today, I will share with you how I spent my whole day in my kitchen. Tomorrow is a great festival day for every Muslim country. On the day of Eid, when gusests come, we entertain them with pitha. For that, I had to make pitha the previous day. So, let's start my diary today.
I spent the whole day today in the kitchen. Since tomorrow is Eid, I had a lot of work to do in the kitchen. So I woke up early in the morning and entered the kitchen. I fed the children breakfast first. Many types of pitha are made during Eid in our area. I also first grind the rice in a blender to make pita. Then I made a pita with this rice powder.
I have my children with me. Nothing can be done for them. Whatever I do, they will be with me. The elder daughter helps with the work but the younger two spoil the work. Both of them just play with the batter while making pitha. What else should I do with them, I made pita like this.
After making the pita, I took a bath in the afternoon and prayed to Zohar. After praying, I went to the kitchen. My husband bought something from the store. As today is the last day of Ramadan, he asked to make egg chops for Iftar. So I boiled eggs and potatoes. First, I prepared the egg chops. Any meal takes a long time to prepare but can be eaten very quickly when eaten. I was also very angry about how to do so many things at once. Then my husband helped me with some work, so we managed everything together.
The children also insisted that they would eat the singara, otherwise, they would not. So, after preparing Dim Chop, I made Alur Pur for Singara. Anyway, after getting everything ready, I placed the pan on the stove and poured oil into it. Poured means I added oil because I have to fry many things so all at once I added oil.
First, I fried the pita in oil and then I fried the cubes in oil. Then I fried the singara, and at the very end, I fried the egg chops. Because if the breadcrumbs fall from the egg chop, the oil may burn. So I finally fried this. I will cook the chatpoti tomorrow, so I soaked the motors in the afternoon. I finished the rest of the work by performing Asr's prayer. Today we had the last Iftar of Ramadan together.
I was looking forward to Eid tomorrow but I was feeling sad because the blessed day of mercy will end today. After preparing the iftar on the table, everyone was sitting in front of the iftar for a long time. When Azan was called, we all had Iftar together. I have been very busy today. Happy Eid to everyone. Please pray for me. Thank you very much for reading my post.
