Choices! What will it be? #51

Hello dear ladies this is @fortwis09 once again to participate in the choices contest,

I am writing on Life The usual me with my works of fantasy, warming up for another interesting story in this topic, keep on reading to unlock more and more fun.

There are so many sayings about life for example, "Life is not a bed of roses" "Look before you leap"

So I'm going to write on the second saying "Look before you leap"

Blessing John was girl that was nurtured in money.

Well there was actually a reason for that she was the only child of her parents, she would have had five siblings but mature only gave her one for a short while.

When Mrs John was pregnant for her first child there was jubilation All over the child, just three months into the pregnancy, she had a miscarriage, the same vain followed for her second, third and fourth child.

When she was pregnant for her fifth child, the doctor sad the baby would be born but she would have a serious defect, so they gave birth to Sandra who was born with a serious heart problem, and they took care of her for five years before she died.

Blessing was born two years after Sandra was born, so spent the first three years of her life with her sister. Soon Blessing was the only child in the family, she was showered with Love and Care, not just from her family but also the entire city.

Right from little her problem was that she was too impulsive in making decisions and that was a very serious setback.

Soon Blessing was a full grown lady whim every man passing by would not fail go take a second glance at her.She was an epitome of beauty, she was already 22 years old.

Her parents knew she was ripe for marriage but wanted her to take her time to choose a mate for herself. Blessing couldn't wait to answer her husband's name.

One day as she was going shopping her car broke down on the road, she was desperately looking for help, a young man Pulled over and asked "Is there anything I can do to help you miss" he asked with a Charming smile.

Blessing told him her problem, He got to work and soon called someone that fixed her car for her, and then he decided to take her shopping, he lavished her with gifts and they soon exchanged phone number and contacts.

Blessing felt on top of the world an narrated the experience to her mum "I really enjoyed staying with him and I'm sure we can make a good match" She said

"Good match for someone you just met today, Look before you leap my dear, marriage is not a child's play" Jenny left to her room.

Soon the bond got closer and we figured the man's name is Josiah.
He came to see her parents, they ate and soon he went back, after he left Mr John told his daughter "Give him some time, he seems to be hiding something"

Jenny was past caring already they had made love to each other. She announced that her wedding would come up soon. Her parents tired to persuade her but she didn't budge, that was when they realized she was very instinctive.

Well they got married and barely a month after, did Blessing find out the true nature of her so called husband.

He was a womanizer, and only married Blessing to please his parents, before she could realize it, they had relocated to a place far from her parents, when Blessing tried to complain, he beat her up and locked her in a room.

That was the fate of Blessing.
