Hello my dear friends. I am one of your friends. My name is Kartik Agarwal. I live in India. I am going to participate in this contest which is launched by @patjewell. Respected ma'am your contest is wonderful. So let's begin without wasting time;
The condition of traffic in big cities and metros is very bad. Despite there being traffic lights at various places on the roads, they are not followed and traffic movement is stopped by parking vehicles here and there, due to wrong traffic, long queues of vehicles are formed on the roads due to which It becomes very difficult to come and go and get vehicles out.
Even though the government operates traffic lights smoothly at many intersections, people still ignore them and move ahead. Traffic light has three lights, red, yellow and green. Red means traffic has stopped and yellow means you should get ready to move and green means you go ahead and drive. But despite this, some big vehicle owners do not follow this properly.
Due to which people driving small vehicles become victims of accidents and suffer serious injuries.
If seen, lakhs of people get injured every year due to accidents due to traffic, many of whom even lose their lives. If all of us citizens follow the traffic rules then the maximum number of accidents can be significantly reduced, for this we have to be aware.
Now the question arises that how should we become aware? For this, the government has set up traffic booths at various places. We can go there and get information about how to follow the traffic rules and the problems caused by traffic. And problems can be solved by understanding them
And there is another reason for the problem of traffic jams etc. which is encroachment, due to this also people do not get space to go out on the roads and people try to move their vehicles from here and there due to which they get injured. . Encroachments include vegetable carts, fruit carts, food stalls, tea ready juice ready etc. If the government pays attention to these encroachments with a little force, then the traffic can be eliminated to a great extent and people will not have to face the problem of jam. can be relieved.
To keep the traffic flowing smoothly, the government will have to take many strict steps due to which the traffic can be improved such as widening the roads, installing traffic lights at various places, deploying traffic police and on the dividers where there are U-turns. Accidents can be controlled by installing some lighting at the cut site.
And the most important and last step will have to be taken by us citizens to ensure smooth traffic flow, such as not allowing small children to drive. As far as possible, children below 18 years of age should not be allowed to drive because they are not allowed to follow the traffic rules. Due to lack of knowledge about motor vehicles, major accidents occur and people get injured. Therefore, it is important that parents keep their small children in mind and do not allow them to drive.
Metros and cities are simply maligned. If seen, people of villages and towns also do not follow traffic rules, due to which more accidents have started happening in villages and towns as compared to cities, even though there are no traffic lights in villages. But still the traffic rules for driving on the road are the same as in cities and metros.
However, to prevent increasing traffic accidents, the government has installed CCTV cameras along with traffic lights at various places, so that if someone is driving in a wrong way, he gets an online challan and his traffic rules are followed. A copy of the challan is also sent to their home along with the information, but still the citizens of our city are not taking the name of improvement but still the government is engaged in the work of improvement from time to time.
Almost 50% people in the society keep the traffic rules in their pockets due to which the accidents are increasing and the reason is given to the traffic whereas it is not so. Guidelines of traffic rules are issued from time to time by the government and officials. Which are put up by holding at big intersections and street corners, still the Indian people are not afraid, if all of us citizens become aware then we will not face any traffic related problem in life. Will not happen. And we will be able to easily go on the road with vehicles.
Whereas if seen, many efforts have been made by the government to control the traffic like building over bridges, underpasses, making one way etc., then the government is making efforts from its side to improve the traffic to a great extent. It is only we the citizens who have to take part in improving the traffic. If we all try to understand the efforts made by the government, then we will never face the problem of struggling in traffic and getting stuck in jams in our life and there will be a lot of reduction in accidents too. Will come.
