I agree with your point of view, certainly when we can't find our own strengths, the ideal is to reflect and search in depth, because in that way we can find the answers that otherwise we can't see them.

Storytelling is a strength, not everyone has the skills to recreate stories, or rather to relate in detail events so that the reader can understand and connect with the author and his writing style.
