RE: The diary of a man

Assalamu Alaikum Sir,
The month of Ramadan changes our old routine to a new routine. You are also following this routine. You now have to wake up early in the night to do Sahri to break the fast. You have taught your brother to drive it is really a big responsibility but the learner must have interest, I have not been able to teach my younger brother yet because he has very little interest. May Allah accept your fast and prayers. Your diary is excellent.

Thank you for your comment. I think as Muslims we have many similarities in how we live our days, especially in terms of carrying out our worship activities. BTW, the person I taught to drive a car was my son. We in Indonesia often call our sons "Si Abang" if they still have younger sister. There is indeed confusion when we translate it into English, but that is our local wisdom. This nickname is our affectionate nickname for our children, just like when we call someone we love "honey" which actually means honey🍯, but in this context it means "darling".
