Hello, there is more than one fundamental point of our project and we want to introduce each of them. Today we would like to introduce you to the first key concept of this account.

1.WE ARE A LOCKED FUNDS ACCOUNT!

What? Yes, the steem power-upped from us, cannot be power-downed: NEVER! We will let you know what the locked funds' amount is and we will provide the news about the changes in the total number. On the top of every our post, we will write if the post will be subjected to this politic; if the answer will be yes, the steems derived from the post value will be power-upped and never power-downed. Each reward will constitute an increase in the locked funds.

This initiative isn't new in the steem ecosystem. There are many other accounts that want to reach these goals. Why? Because Steem is an inflationary token and, blocking the new circulating steem, we block the decrease of the steem value. All here? No.

Let's try to imagine that many accounts such as this with a locked funds proposal born. What happens in drastically scenery? It happens that steem can very increase its value, but only a few quantities of steem is being to take to the new posts and their authors, while many will be delivered to the aforementioned locked funds' projects.. So, we want to create a circuit with which block the funds when the price is too low and unlock them when the price is too high. How can we do this? Simple: CURATING!

2. WE WANT TO BE MANUAL CURATORS!

The complementary and not bound proposal of this project is to create an account of manual curate with the funds collected and locked. In this method, we can block the funds now, when the price is too low, and we will unlock them tomorrow when the price will be too high; but not distributing the steem accumulated. And why this? Because the steem blockchain rewards every moment the authors of the posts with new steem. If I distribute the steems locked, people will receive both the steem generated by the blockchain that the steem that I will send them. Instead, if we curate the better post, only the steem generated will go to the authors of the post.

A practical example? Well
By pure hypothesis happens that today's steem price is about 0.12$. So, I stop curate. The steemians that will upvote our post with the best voting power as possible, will help our project to increase the price of steem. And after? After, tomorrow arrive. A tomorrow in 3 or 6 months, 1 or 2 years, I don't know. The steem price will be around 3$. Ok, we will start curate. And the circle repeat itself...

A summary?

NUMBER 1: We are a locked funds account: the steems power-upped will never be power-downed.
NUMBER 2: The funds collected will help us to grow and open a manual curate program.
NUMBER 3: If we will collect enough funds, we will start curate posts when the steem prize will be enough high, and we will stop when it will bee too low.

BUT I, A NORMAL ONE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Simple. If you want to help us, upvote our post with a higher percentage vote (80-90-100%). Tomorrow, when the steem price will be too high, upvote us with a lower percentage (50-40-30%) and restart upvote higher when steem prize will be low.

We haven't any funds and we start only with the 15 SP delegated by @steem. This will be also our method to collect funds, hoping to reach the manual curate's objective.
