Hello everyone, my humble pleasure to participate in this steemalive contest for the week.

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED FOR 2021
Every focused and well guided being, should be able to know what his/her budget is to enable him/her be well directed and plan for the future. This shows direction and also being incharge of oneself.
A budget which we all know, is a financial plan for a defined period, mostly one year.

My Budget for 2021 is N10,000,000 only.

3 MAJOR THINGS TO DO WITH THE MONEY AND WHY?

• Investing 40% of this sum into steem Power-Up. This invariably translates into the following value below:
  38,095 Steem / N4,000,000 / $8,333.
  As I plan to increase my curation rewards, investing in steem is key as money invested would not only enhance rewards but would also double up value invested within a stipulated period.

• Investing 40% of this cash in my planned business which already is waiting for execution. As an Agricultural Economist, I plan going into my field fully and get involve in Poultry/Fish Farming, hence the need to be an employer of labor and also contribute to the economy of my country.
  This percentage transalates into 38,095 Steem / N4,000,000 / $8,333.

• Lastly, invest the remaining 20% into real estate. This is every man's dream to own an apartment nor landed properties (private or commercial).
