Introduction

Greetings to all leaders and community members. This report covers the activities of Team Innovation for the week starting on the 18^th of December to the 25 ^th day of December 2021. Team Innovation and it's members were engaged in a lot of fruitful activities Last week.

Promotion and Roadshow

Last week, the team engage in steem promotion as usual. We didn't gather as a team for Roadshow, rather I encourage members to engage in Promoting steemit and make a post about it. Many of my team members tried Promoting steem. Our promotion recorded a successful.
Two new users join the platform through the Promotion.

Training/mentorship

Last week training did not hold back at mindset office. No. 15 Ikpa Road Uyo Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria as usual. Instead we used our WhatsApp group that is created mainly for training and mentorship of the newbies.

This week's training covered the following areas

• Encouraging team members to make post as many of them were not making post.
• How to use steem tool to check if they're still in club 5050
• The benefits of powering up and joining #club5050
• How to join curation trail.

When we set aside a percentage to the host community, it helps the Community grow which in turns improve the quality of votes we get from the community. It's more like building a community together.

Going along with club5050 helps build the individual members of the community. This will in the long-run, Reducing our total dependence on the creators like 01, we will be able to vote the Newcomer.

Make yourself known by participating in comment contest. It also increases your chances of getting votes from the people you interact with.

Joining the curation trail builds your Steem-power effortlessly depending on your current Steem-power.

Plans for the new week

• The Team is planning to pick up more promotional T-shirts we printed with the help our our state representative.
• The team will also engage in promotional activities as always.
• Plans to continue guiding the newbies in writing thier Achivement post.

Conclusion

Last week was full of activities for Team Innovation. I really appreciate my team members for thier cooperation.
Team Innovation seek for support to print promotional material like fliers. The Team is made up of newbies and they do not have what it's take to print flyers for now.

I appreciate the effort of my state representative @ngoenyi and to my fellow coordinators, they are really doing well. I also appreciate @focusnow the founder of steem alive community for his hardwork and always encouraging community members to do more when it comes to promotion.
