The truth is that , this country most especially is being not only our leaders who are corrupts . But we have great deal of poor mental oriented citizens , who are quite very corrupt on their own circles . Changes needs to be both upstroke and downstroke , stropping to ochestrate all concerned citizen and leaders to have such a mental shift mainly wired for meaningful evolvement.
