Introduction

We are really eager to help Steemit achieve the 3Rs - to recruit, retain and reward. As a community, we held an internal meeting on Saturday 15/8/2020. We discussed strategies to help all members join to recruit and retain new users. We even made a collective resolution to recruit at least 1 new user individually, each week. In order to motivate all to achieve this goal, SteemAlive arranged this contest. We call it a RARE contest. How does it work?

RARE stands for Recruit And Reward. The main objective is to motivate all of us to recruit new users, retain them and get rewarded for these efforts. We understand that it takes time and resources to convince people to join Steemit. It equally takes even greater resources to make them stay. So if anyone succeeds in recruiting and retaining new users, we encourage them with rewards through this contest.

How to Participate

This contest is open to all steemit users. Here is what you need to do as a participant.

1. Recruit new users
2. Help them understand and make their Achievement 1 post.
3. Help them to join the diary game and make their first diary post.
4. Continue to assist them to make the remaining achievement and diary posts.

The rules

Please read these rules carefully and do not miss anyone.

1. Subscribe to Steemalive community
2. Join our Whatsapp group or Discord server.
3. Publish at least one of your own posts in our community.
4. Let each recruit mention you as the person that introduced them to Steemit in their Achievement 1 post.
5. The Achievement 1 post and their first Diary post MUST be published between 1 and 6 days.
6. Upvote and resteem this post to help other people see it.

How to win and the Prizes

Once each recruit make their Achievement 1 post and first diary post within 6 days, we will send you 2SBD as your recruitment prize. We will make a post to announce your success and set your account as 50% beneifiary of the post earnings. Subsequently, each Achievement post published by your recruit and approved by @cryptokannon or other curators earns you 1 Steem. A total of the remaining 5 Achievement posts earns you 1 Steem each, making a total of 5 Steem.

This contest will run from now till the end of the diary game. It does not replace our weekly contests.
