SteemAlive Presents: 5000 Subscribers and 11,000 SP Achieved. Just Powered up 704 Steem!
Introduction
We are happy to announce that SteemAlive community has reached 5000 Subscribers!!! This is a big milestone that happened around our 1 year anniversary!! We are really grateful to everyone that has helped us achieve this great goal. It would not have been possible without your support. We thank our City Coordinators, members and most important, the Steemit team for all your support through this journey of growth. We are really hopeful of achieving even greater milestones ahead!
5000 Subscribers - The contest Winner!
About 10 days ago when we had just 4,909 subscribers, we did a contest and said we will reward the first person that will discover and announce our reaching 5000 Subscribers. Since then, a lot of our members have been monitoring our subscriber number. Fortunately, one person was able to discover and announce it.

11,000 SP Achieved
We are really keen on building our community SteemPower. As a community, we have developed many initiatives such as @save2soar and the Citycurator programs, both of which are long term investments in Steempower. We also swap our earned SBD to Steem and power up from time to time.
We just swapped 45 SBD to 704 Steem which we powered up. So our community Steempower has hit 11,000Sp.
Our first ever Leaders Physical meetup/ Anniversary
Our leaders will meet on Saturday 17th July 2021 in the city of Aba for the very first time. We have been conducting virtual meetings due to distance. But in celebration of SteemAlive anniversary, we will hold this meetup and all the Nigerian country reps will be present to discuss important issues, after a brief anniversary celebration. We will bring more updates after the event.
Conclusion
We are really impressed with the amount of work done through the efforts of everyone. We hope to continue exploring other opportunities to promote Steemit in Nigeria through our recruitment and mentorship efforts. Congratulations to all f us! We win together!
