Introduction

Representation has remained a key method of moving a team forward.This is because a group without a leader is simply a mob.Here in Steemalive,we have representatives of different states whom are called State Representatives.They are individuals saddled with the responsibility of making sure that activities such as recruitment, engagement,road show and other forms of awareness about Steemit are always in high gear in their various States.

As the State Representative for Abia State.It is important to make a detailed report of events in my State.Here are list of my activities within the 7 days under review.

Participating in the 'day 25' of the Steem Road Show

The road show has really worked well since its inception.And it will continue to yield more result through collective effort.Abia State was among the first few States that started the road show.We did it under the sun and in the rain,and has continued to do so.

I participated in this week's road show on Friday 10th December,2021.The road show was done with two things.However,I joined the OverTakers Team so as to strike a balance.We started the awareness at Bata junction from 9:20 am and it started up until 12:20 noon.The promoters that participated with me in the OverTakers team last week were @chigold1 @joykal01 @goodness4real .The road show was successful because massive and coordinated awareness was created.

Abia State Team

In Abia State where i am the State Representative.We have three teams.I have created a WhatsApp group for the Team Cordinators in Abia State.The Team Cordinators are doing great jobs.

Each team has a team Cordinator and a unique name.I have made a summary of each Cordinators report below.

Entertainment After the road show

After the road show on Friday.All the promoters matched to Crunchies fast food restaurant to cool off because the weather was too hot..

Online Training

The newly registered members in the course of the road show need to trained and guided on how to make a post plus other things on Steemit.To make it easier,I will collate the phone numbers of the newbies,join them to our Steemalive Reception WhatsApp group and run an online class for them basically on how to sign in,make post and other relevant things.I also guide them on how to successfully join the Curation Trail.

Verification of New Members

Inorder to make sure that posts made in Steemalive community is free from plagiarism,properly detailed and well formated with justify alignment.Users that satisfy the aforementioned conditions and have also joined the curation trail are given the labelverified.

Powering up to attain 6500 SP

To Continue to encourage our members to embrace #club5050 and even to join #club75 and #club100.I have also powered up 100 steem to attain 6500SP.

The next target is 7000SP.I have also made a post encouraging members to power up and join the clubs.

Plans for The Week

We shall continue with promotional activities in the new week.Tuesdays and Fridays remain our promotional days.We hope to get positive results in the new week.Other efforts geared towards promoting Steemit will also continue to take place.

Conclusion

I am using this opportunity to encourage our members to embrace the #club5050 initiative to boost their SteemPower.I have joined the club already and have also attained the #clubdolphin.
