The Current Value of Bitcoin In My Local Currency.

Naria and Kobo is the local currency of Nigeria. It is very weak in the global market and can't be compare with others. It depends mostly on other foreign currencies like US Dollar to survive because my country's economic activities based solely on foreign exchanges.

My Proposed Projects.

In Nigeria, majority of cities are fast becoming homes to scores of individuals due to influx, rapid-growing population and rapid urbanisation, among other factors. With this trend, there has been increase in the demand for houses across the country. The housing deficit crisis in Nigeria has worsened in recent times with the statistics showing a deficit of at least 17.0 million. There has been a steady rise in the housing deficit, from 7.0 million in 1991 to 14 million in 2010. From the report of the World Bank in 2018, Nigeria requires about 700,000 housing units annually, spanning through a 20-year period to accommodate the rising population. This is highly unattainable with current indices, coupled with the sluggish growth of housing sector in Nigeria. With a population of approximately 197 million (World Bank, 2019), coupled with high demand in housing units, both in quantity and quality, there is need to seriously address the issue of housing deficit in Nigeria.

The housing stock in Nigeria is very ineffective and can't be available for everyone. According to Nigeria’s Bureau of Statistics in the survey conducted in 2006, counted 28 197 085 households in the entire country where 51 percent of these households lived in free standing permanent houses, 14 percent in traditional/hut structures, 10 percent in flats, nine percent in semidetached houses, 14 percent rented a room in someone’s house, and one percent lived in informal houses. Eighty three percent of Nigerians owned the houses in which they lived, while 11.04 percent rented, 3.01 occupied rent free, 2.01 percent owned but had not yet fully paid off, and 0.52 percent squatted. Although there is no subsequent housing census has been conducted since. But the housing stock is still deficient. It will be a good avenue or venture to invest the money from my bitcoin to alleivate the pains of many.

Most recently, the cost of cement has increased by about 40 percent. The labour is not cheap too. The land tenure system could not help the matter too. Based on my effective estimation, I will set aside up to Six million naria for a comfortable 2000 housing units for 2000 household with all the ancillary services.

Education.

Nigeria’s educational system is in crises of infrastructural decay, neglect, waste of resources and sordid conditions of service. The country has over 10 million out-of-school children. That’s the highest in the world. Another 27 million children in school are performing very poorly. Millions of Nigerians are half-educated, and over 60 million – or 30% – are illiterate.

On top of this, many eligible young Nigerians can’t gain admission into public universities. At the same time prohibitive tuition fees, among other factors, are a barrier to the country’s private universities. If the government continues to privatise government-owned universities, as is already the case with the proliferation of private universities with high fees, tertiary education will become the exclusive preserve of the rich upper class. This, in a country where more than 90% of the population is currently living in abject poverty. The government should also cut wasteful expenditure. For example, I would argue that the “school children feeding programme” is a massive drain on resources. Federal Government said that she allocated and used 220 billion naira for the programme of which there is no immediate results and it is a complete waste. This money could have be spent on more pressing problems such as building more classrooms and equipping them, supplying teaching and learning materials and improving staff welfare and remuneration.

However, Through my Foundation, I will build school that will be exclusively free of tuition fees, good library, well equiped science and computer laborataries, good staff remunerations. I will provides scholarships for students high institutions without partiality. Estimated Cost will be billed at four million naria.

Interest-Free Loan.

Almost everyone starting a new business venture is looking for money to get started. In Nigeria, one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get funds for your business is by applying for small business grants. But unfortunately, there aren’t actually that many Nigerian federal or provincial government grants or interest-free loans available for small businesses.

Small-Scale business needs start-up loans and grants that may not to needed to be repaid, no worry over term length, interest rates, APR, and refinancing, so to flourish easily.

However, Through my foundation, I will set up a financial scheme that will provide a soft, collatral-free and interest-free loans and grants for all the business for them to grow and put food on the tables of their owners and dependants. Estimated cost will be Three million naria.

Conclusion

Bitcoin is the biggest and most acceptable cryptocurrency in the world. Due to its scarcity and high price in the market, One bitcoin will change lives of many people including mine.

I love the part of investing in real estate. The housing problem in Nigeria is a real human issue that needed to be addressed. In my city, its not unusual to find 2 or 3 adults sharing a small room. So the real estate investment you wrote about will solve a real human need - only if you had 1 bitcoin. Thanks @sammylinks

That's true boss. Housing problems is very difficult here. Many are inhabiting poor structures and called them - house. Thanks for reading and commenting too
