This post is very educative. I never knew the types of regret till now. From the lecture here I most fall victim for the private regret, it happens to me several times although I've been trying to discipline myself on how to overcome such regret caused by myself.
Main thing is what ever be it an addiction or habit , you desired to get avoid . You need do it gradually taking step daily to resolute .
You're very correct friend it takes gradual steps to get rid of them.
