Introduction
Food is one of the most important things that sustain the live of a living thing. It gives energy to enable one carry out various activities of the day. Mostly we have three (3) square meals known as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
However, today I will be sharing three different foods which are spaghetti jollof, beans with bread and tuwo shinkafa with beneseed soup
Spaghetti jollof
Spaghetti is a well known delicacy with different methods of preparations.
WHAT MAKES UP THE MEAL
Spaghetti pasta
Vegetable oil
Onion
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Crayfish
Pepper
Why I love the meal: I love this meal because it is light and easy to prepare. Actually, I was out of idea of what to cook for breakfast which won't take much time then the idea of spaghetti jollof came to me. I love it be because it is also economical.This meal served as breakfast.
Prepared by: this meal was prepared by myself and it cost 4 steem.
Beans with bread
This ingredients include:
Beans
Pepper
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Palm oil
Onion
Spinach
Bread
Why I love the meal: I love beans and bread because they happened to be one of my favorites because of how highly nutritious beans is which also contains protein while bread is carbohydrate and tye meal was my lunch.
Prepared by: this sumptuous beans was prepared by me while I bought the homemade bread from a neighbour who bakes bread for sale.
The whole meal cost 16 steem to prepare while I bought the bread at 0.5 steem
Tuwo shinkafa with beneseed soup
WHAT MAKES UP THE MEAL
Rice for tuwo
For the soup: beneseed
Palm oil
Pepper
Onion
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Crayfish
Dried fish
Vegetable leaves.
Why I love the meal: I love this meal because it has the ability to stay longer in the belly though it's not simply to prepare because it takes at least 3 hours to prepare the soup and the tuwo. And it's also a special delicacy prepared once in a while sometimes for recemonial purposes.
Prepared by: It was prepared by my humble self which cost 32 Steem and it served as dinner
Conclusion
You don't need a lot of money to have a healthy and decent meal. You can create from within your capabilities to prepare delicious meal. It is also believed that breakfast is the Important meal of the day and I advise you not to miss your breakfast unless on religious purposes.

Thank you for posting here.You have succeded in making me to salivate at the sight of the food that you have presented.
I have come across spaghetti and beans but the tuwo and beneseed soup is something that I haven't tasted and I am sure it tastes great considering the picture.
You can do well to send me the tuwo food via waybill make I taste am.
