INTRODUCTION*

I welcome you all to my healthy coooking class stay tuned as i unfold to you how you can make a healthy, delicious plantain food.

Before I start this class let me list my ingredients.

  • Maggi
  • scent leaf
  • curry leaf
  • Red oil
  • plaintain (unriped
  • salt
  • fish
  • crayfish
  • fresh tomatos
  • fresh pepper.
  • periwinkle (optional)

STAGE 1 PREPARATION*

Peeling process

After getting your unripe plantain peel and slice into smallar pieces properly wash to remove sand then filter for the water to drain out wash your pot and put it on fire check the quantity of water to use put it in your cooking pot pour ir plantain and cover it

STAGE 2 *

After putting it on fire allow it to cook a little wash you fish, onions, vegetables, Fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, blend or pond it in a mortal then open and check if it stiming very well pour your blended ingredients, and cover it will still till you check if the plantain is soft enough for eating pour your red oil and wait.

FINAL STAGE

When you check and the plantain is very soft as you want put your veggies and bring it down that is your mouth watering plantain porridge

Benefits of eating unripe plantain.

  • it improves the heart function.
  • it protects against anemia.
  • it good for diabetic.
  • it promotes weight loss

Know about scent leaf.

  • it helps in good eyesight.
  • it contains calcium and magnesium.
  • it helps the function of the hrt.
  • it lowers blood sugar.
  • it treats fungal infection.

CONCLUSION

Make sure you always have time to pamper your body, some people find it difficult to Cook because of the time and how to make a delicious food so friends Haven seen the picture of me enjoying my food and the process of cooking it give it a trail. Make sure you cook this food atleast once in a week and see the results on you, Use this ingredients for you to get the full nutrients.
